FIX #1343 account for redunctant null values produced iOS checks

The Old line:
(!window.webkitPerformance && // return true
window.navigator.appVersion.match(/CriOS\/(\d+)\./)) &&
returns null ----^
instead of the expected false, and it stops
Removed the null check added here in 34967f61

Eliminating code duplication and bugs.
