- Add ImageAttachment dataclass for image metadata
- Update Message to support list of image attachments
- Update all providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, OpenRouter) for vision
- Extract images from Discord attachments and embeds in ai_chat.py
- Supports PNG, JPEG, GIF, and WebP formats
